Hello, I'm Rebecca

I didn't find it easy being a stay at home Mum. After fertility struggles I expected life to be amazing. I was finally a Mum!


My daughter was full of fun and life but I felt it wasn't enough. At times I was anxious that I wasn't doing a good enough job (Oh the Mum guilt!). But at other times I felt really bored. I had this niggling feeling. A need to do something more.

I realised I needed more connection with other adults, particularly other women. I wanted to make a difference by helping woman that felt like I did. So I became a life coach and now I get to help other woman enjoy life and motherhood as much as I do now!

How it works

Be guided, supported and inspired throughout a 12 week Me in Motherhood group coaching programme that empowers you to find yourself again in motherhood.
Online Programme
You'll have access to 12 weeks of online videos and worksheets so you can work through them in your own time.
Weekly online zoom calls
Connect and share with other Mums on the course at a set time each week. It's a safe space to share - your struggles in motherhood, what has come up for you based on the coaching programme that week. Whatever you choose to share. You'll be listened to wholeheartedly and offered support, encouragement and inspiration from each other as well as from me as your group coach.
Facebook Group

I'll continue to support you and encourage you to reach your goals throughout the programme within the Me in Motherhood facebook group. You can also chat to the other women on your programme here too.

One to One Coaching Calls
In addition you'll receive two one to one coaching calls with me at a time of your choice. It's recommended this is taken around week 4 and week 11 of the course but it's flexible so you can choose when you feel you need it. I'll be flexible with the timing of these calls so that you can choose a time when you can focus just on you.

My Unique Coaching Framework

R-E-D-I-S-C-O-V-E-R You

Here's what we'll cover each week:

R: Reflect on your emotions, desires and needs, week 1

It’s so important to get clarity on how you feel in Motherhood now and how you want to feel at the end of the programme. It’s also key to set some goals. What do you want to achieve in life and in motherhood? 

For example: Currently I am tired and stressed out and I hate that I shout at my children. I want to be a calm, fun, happy Mum. We’ll dig into this more and come up with some powerful visualisations of how your life will be in 12 weeks time.

E: Emotions and awareness of your thoughts, week 2

By checking in on your daily thoughts and emotions we can create a more positive mindset. You’ll spend time this week identifying any worries, fears and thoughts. Some you may already be aware of at this stage and others will be uncovered from your subconscious, so will bring about insightful realisations. We’ll work on how you can choose more positive thoughts in your day to day life and the importance of practising gratitude daily too.

D: Discover your limiting beliefs, week 3

Through reviewing your thoughts and emotions we’ll uncover your limiting beliefs. Beliefs that are holding you back from where you want to get to. We’ll work through which of these beliefs you most need to transform and which thoughts you need to reframe in order to grow your mindset. 

​I: Identifying empowering beliefs, week 4,5

You’ll transform limiting beliefs to empowering beliefs. This is where you’ll most likely need to hop onto a one to one call with me. I’ll coach you on whatever you need personally. I typically use a coaching exercise such as: NLP reframing, NLP re-imprinting, inner child work or another as required.

You’ll experience inner shifts and feel empowered to create an action plan of what you need to do and you’ll feel more confident to move forwards and meet your goals.

S: Self care that really counts, week 6

This week we’ll check in with how well you are managing to make time for you to refresh and recharge your mind and body. We’ll evaluate if your current activities are making a difference to your energy and happiness levels. We’ll ensure you are choosing activities that really count each day and work out how you can make this happen within your life as a busy Mum.

C: Claim your ideal day, ideal week and ideal life, week 7

All that you’ve learnt about yourself will come together now to create a lifestyle that nourishes your body and your mind so you can show up as the best mum, partner and woman you can be. We’ll also talk about your personal boundaries and how important they are to achieving your goals.

O: Ownership of your plan of action, week 8

We’ll continue to introduce your new thinking and feeling into your empowering belief work and review how your daily routine is working for you.  We’ll ensure it’s moving you forward to achieve the goals you set out at the beginning of the programme to rediscover yourself.

V: Voice your intuition, week 9

We’ll use coaching exercises and spend time tapping into your true inner voice to sharpen your intuition this week.

We’ll check in on how far you’ve come and what you’ve achieved already.

E: Energise yourself, week 10

You’ll be guided through both practical action planning and spiritual practices to help you embrace your femininity and learn to work with your natural energy peaks and flows. You’ll learn about inspired action and how to trust your instinct and make decisions more confidently.

Here we'll review how much further you’ve progressed and the steps you need to take to maintain the changes you've made so far and a plan for you to achieve anything else that's needed to achieve your goals.

​​R: Routine and resilience, week 11, 12

You'll be taking more action each week to become the woman, Mum and partner you want to be. We'll keep you on track with your goals and make sure each week your routine keeps flowing, becoming more and more easy to implement. You’ll be really seeing the benefits now of all you've put in place to create the relationships and lifestyle you love.
