I’m here to help you go from not feeling good enough to feeling “Confidently You”. To audit your life, take control of the busy, create your dream life with more fun, freedom and flow.
Are you ready for me to help you build unshakeable confidence, rediscover yourself, feel alive and thrive in your everyday life?
It opened up a whole new way of seeing the world and myself and it's such a passion and a privilege to share my knowledge with other women so they can find their own way to enjoy life more and to feel as happy, fulfilled and successful as I do now!
I recently had the pleasure of speaking with Nell on Woking Radio about my journey from corporate life to coaching, my passion for helping mums rediscover themselves, and the importance of creating a life that feels exciting and fulfilling. If you're a mum feeling overwhelmed and lost in the juggle of life wondering how to find yourself and your zest for life again, this conversation is for you.
You can listen to the full interview here, but here are some key insights from our chat:
I left my corporate job in 2012, initially training as a reflexologist yet still exploring many other ways to support women with their well-being. It it was through my own experiences — struggling with fertility, stepping into motherhood and questioning my own identity — that I realised how much I wanted to help other women navigate the challenges motherhood brings.
I discovered coaching and realised how perfect it is to help women to work through their new identity once they become a Mum and move forward with confidence. Some of my clients have had counselling in the past yet coaching helps them to shift their mindset to the future and regain clarity on what they really want now they are a Mum. Whilst working with me clients have lightbulb moments that shift their perspective meaning they can start taking action to live their day to day lives in a way in which they truly thrive. I absolutely love to help Mums to live a life they love. It's my absolute privilege to get to partner with wonderful women and work through all of this and more with them.
Becoming a mum is life-changing, but it’s often assumed we’ll just "bounce back" and continue as we were before. The truth is, motherhood transforms us. Many of the mums I work with feel lost, overwhelmed, or unsure about their next steps. They want to feel more like themselves again but don’t know how.
The good news? You're still you. You still have your strengths, passions, and ambitions — it’s just about redefining what they look like in this new phase of life. Coaching helps you reconnect with yourself, shift your mindset, and create a life that excites you.
I always start my coaching clients with vision work. When you get clear on what you truly want — not just what you feel you should be doing — it becomes much easier (and more exciting) to take action. I help women bridge the gap between where they are now and where they want to be, creating a vision and a plan that feels exciting, energizing and doable.
One of the biggest mindset shifts I encourage is focusing on enjoying the now as well as being ambitious for where you want to get to. Going at your own pace rather than trying to do it all now is important when you have a family. You don't want to put off your plans for later when the kids don't need you so much because children always need you. I get that you want to enjoy the now AND feel you've had a successful, meaningful life too.
Creating a life that feels fulfilling and is balanced across being you and being Mum is what most women are striving for and it's totally possible to achieve.
Mums are often their own harshest critics. We feel like we should have it all figured out, be further ahead, or be doing more. That’s why self-compassion is the foundation of everything I teach. A great starting point? Swap your never-ending to-do list for a to-da! list —a way to recognize and celebrate everything you have accomplished each day.
I love being a business owner because it gives me the freedom to shape my life in a way that works for me. But that doesn’t mean it’s always easy. When I transitioned from reflexology to coaching, I had to get comfortable putting myself out there, building relationships, and showing up with confidence. Now, I get to connect with incredible women worldwide, helping them transform their lives through my Free to Be Me coaching program.
I also co-host the Mumanist podcast with Laura Summers, where we talk about motherhood, feminism, and the realities of juggling it all. And with my book - Me to We: The Confident Mum's Guide to Motherhood coming out in Autumn 2025, I’m excited to share even more insights and tools to help mums thrive.
