It starts by working out what you're feeling good about in life and what you aren't so I can support you to free yourself of the worries, doubts and difficulties you're facing right now. I'll be there to guide you every step of the way to create a new positive, confident and empowered mindset.

How it works

Your Free to Be Me coaching course has 8 modules of online coaching audios, worksheets and online forms to help you take a step back and tune in to who you are now so you can work out what you want and need in life to feel more ALIVE & JOYFUL and know how to bring more of that into your life.
You'll also uncover what you need to let go of, (fears, worries, doubts, bad habits), that's holding you back from feeling good about yourself and enjoying your life right now.
You'll be guided through the online course and in our one to one calls, (in person meet ups are an option too), to think and reflect on your life right now. You'll be supported and encouraged to identify simple changes you'd like to make to your way of thinking and your day to day actions in order to feel more clear and confident about yourself and to help you lean into joy in life more.
You'll also be encouraged to think about your future. To think bravely and boldly and make plans to go after what you most want to Be, Do, Have and experience in life.
Online Programme
You'll have access to 8 modules of online audios, workbooks and worksheets to work through in your own time.
One to One Coaching Calls
You'll receive three one to one coaching calls with me at a time of your choice. It's recommended these are taken around module 3, 5 and module 8 of the course but it's flexible so you can choose when you feel you need it. I can be flexible with the timing of these calls as I work in school hours plus Tuesday and Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings. So you can choose a time when you can focus just on you. You can talk to me via DM's, Voxer app or email throughout too.
If you sign up before 28th April you'll receive an extra one to one call. Together we'll deep dive into What makes you You & how to get that back into your life. We'll cover your Values, your definition of success right now and your Vision for your future. It's a great way to  start working together and kick off your Free to Be Me program experience.
Share the journey with others - BONUS group experience 

It's so powerful to share what you're thinking withing a group of women. We have more in common than we realise. It's therapeutic to have people to talk to! Listening to others helps us collectively and individually. By spending time together you'll have important realisations, new perspectives and powerful light bulb moments which leave you feeling lighter and more at ease with yourself.

So I'm including 3 months access to the Dream and Do Collective too!

You'll create great connections and bonds and will learn from each other as well as me about how you can feel more connected and bonded with yourself and others.

Free Your Mind


What needs to be addressed? Module 1

It’s so important to get clarity on how you feel in life now and how you want to feel at the end of the course. It’s also key to set some goals. What do you want to achieve in life  in the next 3 - 6 months? 


For example: Currently I am tired and stressed out. I hate that I I'm so grumpy and feel so unsatisfied at the end of the day.

I want to feel happier with my life and feel I've enjoyed my day and the time I spend with those I love.

What's dulling your mood and your sparkle? Module 2

By checking in on your daily thoughts and emotions, and those of your inner critic, we can create a more positive mindset. You’ll spend time this week identifying any worries, fears and thoughts. Some you may already be aware of at this stage and others will be uncovered from your subconscious, so will bring about insightful realisations. We’ll work on how you can choose more positive thoughts in your day to day life and the importance of practising gratitude daily too. ​

Silence your worries and anxieties - Module 3

Through reviewing this modules video and worksheets you'll spend time thinking more about your inner critic and the fears, doubts and guilt and other thoughts and emotions that are holding you back from achieving what you want. It's good to have one of your one to one sessions with me during this time so we can work together to transform and reframe your thoughts.

Find your confident, sparkly self - Module 4

You’ll transform limiting beliefs to empowering beliefs. This is where you’ll most likely need to hop onto another one to one call with me. I’ll coach you on whatever you need personally. You’ll experience lightbulb, aha, moments. Inner shifts that make you feel more empowered to create an action plan of what you need to do. You’ll feel so much more confident and excited to do what you need to do to meet your goals.

Change, Accept, Adapt - Module 5

All that you’ve learnt about yourself will enable you to do the work in this module. You'll review how you've been using your time and energy to date. You'll decide what you need to accept and feel more positive about and what you need to change and adapt to get that sparkle back and keep it shining bright.

NEW! Relationships and Communication - Module 6

Here you will learn about your current balance of feminine and masculine energy and what your love language is. You'll also be guided to work out those of your partner and those closest to help you so that you can maintain effective communication and the close bonds you desire in your life right now.

NEW! Tools & Techniques to ensure you thrive in life - Module 7

This is your go to toolkit. It contains a pick and mix range of activities and exercises for support on a day to day basis whether your're looking for ideas and recommendations for a daily practise to help you thrive or a deeper exercise to help you survive in tough times. Either way you can choose something here to give you a boost physically, mentally or emotionally.  Self care, self love, self confidence and self worth are all covered here!

Shine Bright and Sparkle - Module 8

If you haven't already, it's time to have your third one to one call with me to see how sparkly you're feeling already and what is next on your action plan to achieve the goals you set out at the beginning of the Course

In 3 months you'll be feeling more clear, confident and be enjoying life more!

  • I'm not sure I'll manage to take the time out from my family
    Your family will benefit so much from you taking time out for yourself. Taking time out helps you to be the best Mum you can be. Coaching helps you to become the calm, confident, happy Mum you aspire to be and this will shine through to your family. So they will be calmer and happy too. Everyone wins!
  • How do I justify spending time and money on myself?
    If you're struggling you can't afford not to. You need to take care of yourself so that you have the physical and emotional energy to take care of your family. Your family will benefit too from the clarity and improved happiness you will get from coaching.
  • I know I need some me time but I’m nervous of change and the chaos it may cause
    As part of coaching you will work out what you and your family as a whole need and how you can implement that. It willl become clear how things work best for your whole family as well as how you can find the balance and take some time and space for you.
  • I’m worried it could be seen as a bit selfish to spend time and money on myself
    Self care is a priority. If we make time for ourselves to be calmer, happier and more confident others benefit as we show up as our best selves. Your happy vibe will rub off on everyone in your household.
  • How long is each session? ​
    Sessions are typically 60 minutes. Depending on what we are working on, sessions may last up to 90 minutes.
  • How frequent are sessions?
    I suggest weekly sessions to ensure you fully benefit from the programme but we can discuss what works best for you on a free Discovery Call. All sessions are booked a week in advance.
  • Do you offer online sessions?
    All my coaching sessions are held online. You will receive a secure link to your sessions.
  • What will I need for the first session? ​
    We can discuss this on a free Discovery call and once you enroll you will also receive detailed information in advance of our first session.
  • Do I receive any support in between the sessions?
    Yes you do. You can contact me via email which I access once a day. I will get back to you within 24 hours.
  • Can I cancel if I don't see the benefits?
    Although this has never happened, you can cancel by giving 7 days' notice and you will be refunded for any sessions that have not been provided.
