Your Free to Be Me self-paced online coaching program has 8 modules of online coaching audios, worksheets and online forms to help you tune into who you are now so you can work out what you want and need in life to feel more ALIVE!

Guided throughout, via direct messaging and one to one calls, (in person meet ups are an option too), you'll be supported and encouraged to discover what you need to let go of, (fears, worries, doubts, bad habits), that are holding you back from feeling great about yourself and enjoying your life to the full right now.
You'll identify changes to make to your way of thinking and acting leading to a clearer, more confident you, experiencing more fun, flow and fulfilment now and in your future too. You'll be supported to dream big, and bravely and boldly make plans to go after what you most want to be, do, have and experience in life.

You'll deep dive into What makes you You & how to get that back into your life. We'll cover your Values, your definition of success right now and your Vision for your future.

The Vision Board Course ensures by the end of both courses you'll have a beautiful vision board that's unique to you and inspires and motivates you daily. It helps you be the high vibe, positive, confident you that you've transformed into.

One to One Coaching Calls/ Meet Ups
You'll receive three one to one coaching calls with me at a time of your choice. It's recommended these are taken around specific points in the course but it's totally flexible. So you can choose when you feel you need a call. I am flexible with the timing of your calls. I work in school hours plus Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings. So you can choose a time when you can focus just on you. You can talk to me via DM's, Voxer app or email throughout too.
FTBM Group experience - Share the journey with others - starts 7th July

Deep dive into 6 key steps by which you can thrive in your daily life. I'll bring each step to life for you and we'll have powerful conversations sharing what you're thinking, feeling and going through together as a group of likeminded women. We have so much in common and it's therapeutic to share and hear from others experiences too. Listening to others helps us collectively and individually.

By spending time together you'll have important realisations, new perspectives and powerful light bulb moments which leave you feeling lighter and more at ease.​ Each call has a different theme to help you rediscover and be your true you.

6 months access to the Dream and Do Community Membership

Each month we meet on Zoom to celebrate what has been going well and to review our goals and intentions for the month ahead. We egg each other on and support each other to achieve all we dream of being, doing, having and experiencing so we can thrive in 2025.

There's also an online portal of 12 workbooks and call recordings so you can explore a new theme each month to help you feel excited and motivated and continue to develop and achieve your vision for your future.

Module 1 - Matrescence

Matrescence acknowledges that motherhood has a huge effect on women. We're constantly shifting and changing as our children grow. It can feel incredibly tough navigating all the highs and lows of parenting. Yet we can utilise the wisdom we gain along the way to ensure it's the making, (not the breaking) of us. In this module I guide you to confidently claim and utilise your matrescence to give you a fresh perspective on yourself and the stage of life you're in right now.

By becoming clear on where you are now, how you're feeling and why, you'll feel empowered to utilise your true emotions, able to drop the "shoulds" and fully able to choose how you want to live your life moving forwards.

Module 2 - Supporting yourself

By checking in on your daily thoughts and emotions, dialling down the volume of your inner critic and upping the volume of your inner champion, we will create a more positive mindset. You’ll spend time this module choosing more positive thoughts in your day to day life, practising gratitude, recognising your strengths and your value too to ensure you feel confident in your day to day life. ​

Module 3 - Exploring who you are now

This module guides you to identify your personal values and create your own definition of success so you can align your life more closely to what is most meaningful and important to you. You'll be guided to reconnect to yourself and get to know who you are outside of your roles and responsibilities and provide you with a steady anchor that will help you to navigate transitions in life.

Module 4 - Overcoming what's getting in your way

We spend some time thinking more about your inner critic and the fears, doubts and guilt and other thoughts and emotions that are holding you back from feeling your best self and being the Mum and woman you want to be.

Some worries, fears and thoughts you identify may already be aware of at this stage and others will be uncovered from your subconscious, so will bring about insightful realisations. You’ll rediscover your strengths and your confidence by transforming limiting beliefs such as " I'm not good enough" to empowering beliefs of "I've got this!".

It's good to have one of your three one to one sessions with me during this time so we can work together to transform and reframe your thoughts. I’ll coach you on whatever you need at this time to feel confidently you and achieve your vision of your future you.

You’ll experience lightbulb, aha, moments and Inner shifts and transformations that make you feel more empowered. And you'll create an action plan of how to live your life moving forwards. You’ll feel so much more confident and excited to do what you need to do to meet your goals.

Module 5 - Redefining your new self

All you’ve learnt about yourself so far will enable you to do the work in this module. You'll review how you've been using your time and energy to date. You'll decide what you need to accept and feel more positive about and what you need to change and adapt to feel more ALIVE and keep shining bright even on the tough days.

You'll be guided through how to give yourself grace, trust yourself more and claim your ideal lifestyle that makes you feel fully alive and thriving in life.

Module 6 - Maintaining Belief in your new self

This is where you’ll hop onto another one to one call with me to review the changes you've made so far to how you're managing your thoughts and emotions and check in on your routine and habits to make sure you’re moving forward to achieve the goals you set out at the beginning of the programme.


Module 7 - Tools & Techniques to ensure you thrive in life -

This is your go to toolkit. It contains a pick and mix range of activities and exercises for support on a day to day basis whether you're looking for ideas and recommendations for a daily practise to help you thrive or a deeper exercise to help you survive in tough times. Either way you can choose something here to give you a boost physically, mentally or emotionally. Self care, self love, self confidence and self worth are all covered here!

Module 8 - Relationships and Communication

Here you'll learn about your current balance of feminine and masculine energy and what your love language is. You'll also be guided to work out those of your partner and those closest to help you so that you can maintain effective communication and the close bonds you desire in your life right now.

Frequently asked questions

How do I find the time to commit to a coaching programme

Coaching helps you work out what is really important to you so that you can confidently stop doing the things that aren’t. So it will actually help you get time back to do more of the things you love.

How do I justify spending time and money on myself?

If you're struggling you can't afford not to. You need to take care of yourself so that you have the physical and emotional energy to take care of your family.Your family will benefit too from the clarity and improved happiness you will get from coaching.

I know I need some me time but I’m nervous of change and the chaos it may bring

As part of coaching you will work out what you and your family need and how you can implement that in day to day family life. It will become clear how things can work best for you and your family. As part of that you’ll work out how you can find the balance and take some time and space out of the day for you.

How do I fit in these sessions?

We'll have a chat before you sign up to a coaching course so we can agree on a time that works for us for the one to one calls , including the option for Saturday sessions.

A lot of the course is online via audio and pdfs and online forms so you can fit it in when it suits you. We can also chat via instagram dms or email. I'll get back to your messages within 24 hours.

Do I receive any support in between the sessions?

Yes, you can contact me via email or instagram DMs which I access once a day. I will get back to you within 24 hours.

Can I cancel if I don't see the benefits?

Although this has never happened, you can cancel by giving 7 days' notice and you will be refunded for any sessions that have not been provided.
