I’m here to help you go from not feeling good enough to feeling “Confidently You”. To audit your life, take control of the busy, create your dream life with more fun, freedom and flow.
Are you ready for me to help you build unshakeable confidence, rediscover yourself, feel alive and thrive in your everyday life?
It opened up a whole new way of seeing the world and myself and it's such a passion and a privilege to share my knowledge with other women so they can find their own way to enjoy life more and to feel as happy, fulfilled and successful as I do now!
Still in my PJs at 11:30am.
Not because I’m lazy.
Because I’ve spent the last 48 hours catching up with a life that doesn’t stop - and I’ve finally paused.
Not stopped, not slacked. Paused.
Since getting back from a beautiful, fun trip to Ireland - cousins, beaches, cliff tops, playgrounds, memory lane walks to where my husband grew up, including the spot where we got engaged - I’ve been doing the things that matter to me.
Back to school shopping and baking days with my girl
Dinner with friends
Writing my Weekend Wonders for all the brilliant mums on my list
Re-reading and refining my book before handing it over to my editor (deep breath - it’s happening!)
Planning for September clients - online and in person
Booking networking, scheduling joy, prepping for what’s next
That’s not lazy.
That’s a woman choosing what matters - and finally remembering to include herself in that list.
But after all that momentum? I was wrecked.
So was my husband.
Add some late-night back-to-school anxiety from our daughter… and here we are. 11:30am. PJs. Pancakes. Laundry. Phone calls. Life.
And instead of pushing through for the sake of appearances,
I thought about what I’d achieved just two days post-holiday - and I chose to pause.
I also chose this:
Tidy the house
Set clearer boundaries
Ask for help instead of waiting for people to notice
Remind everyone where the bin and dishwasher are
Book myself time solo and time with my girls
Say no to anything that feels heavy or extractive
Let people do what they can for themselves
No more galley girl energy.
No more martyr mum.
No more being the one who notices and fixes and reminds and picks up after everyone - and then wonders why I feel unseen.
I’m getting ready for September, but not in the way society told me to.
Not with perfect school shoes or freshly ironed uniforms.
Not with endless emotional labour or pretending I’m fine when I’m not.
I’m doing it by:
Planning things to look forward to (hello, big birthday month!)
Choosing rest before I hit burnout
Saying no to pressure, and yes to presence
Reclaiming time and energy so I can be a woman who loves her life — not just manages it
So no, I’m not lazy.
And neither are you.
Next time you find yourself judging your PJ morning, your undone to-do list, your skipped bake sale...
Stop.
Ask yourself:
What have I carried this week?
What have I done, even if no one saw it?
What would change if I stopped waiting to be given permission to rest?
Because here’s the truth:
You’ve done more this week than some people will ever notice.
And if you’re tired, there’s a reason.
You weren’t made to do it all.
You were made to feel whole inside the life you already have.
And if you’re craving softness, energy, clarity, or just one damn morning where no one says “Mum” on repeat - come join me.
