Hello! You may know me, Rebecca Hogan, The Confidently You coach, from what I share on instagram on the Mumanist podcast or via the regular emails I send out.

But I am know for sure there's some things I share in the Take The Mic episode of The Happy Mama Movement podcast that you don't know about me. Because I share a lot that I've never shared before🤩

The reason I'm sharing more about my journey now is because I'm ready to. I'm on a mission this year to step up to help more Mums rediscover themselves and reclaim their confidence. 

I love doing this through my transformative “Free to Be Me” coaching program.

I get so much joy from empowering Mums to confidently design a life they love with more ease, flow, fun and fulfilment.

And I believe sharing my journey of navigating burnout, and infertility, and experiencing and studying the challenges of modern day motherhood will help other Mums to discover all they can do to grow and thrive in 2025.

Here's a snapshot of what I talk about:

  1. My Personal Experience of burnout and a long infertility journey: Feeling my own inner split which Mothers face through Matrescence even before I became a Mum, I decided to start my own business so I could have the flexibility, freedom and also the passion for my work that I craved.

  2. Navigating Fertility Treatment and a full hysterectomy: My Endometriosis highlighted my need to not only change career but to keep working towards a new healthier and happier lifestyle with time allocated to look after myself physically, mentally and emotionally. 

  3. The importance of Checking in on your own Definition of Success: how focusing and checking in on my why and my goals could have prevented me from overlooking my work and sewing hobby achievements.

  4. Power of healing Your Inner Mean Mama Voice & Creating an Empowering Vision for your day to day life and your future you: Looking after yourself is the way to become the calm, fun, happy mum and woman you want to be.

  5. Helping Women to Reclaim who they are through Matrescence: I guide Mums of any age and stage to redefine themselves, find their passion and purpose.
