I didn't find it easy being a stay at home Mum. After fertility struggles I expected life to be amazing. I was finally a Mum!
My daughter was full of fun and life but I felt so split.
Sometimes I felt really anxious that I wasn't doing a good enough job (Oh the Mum guilt!). And at other times I felt a strong pull to get back to the me I was before I became Mum.
Once I discovered Matrescence, the split I felt finally made sense.
It's such a passion and a privilege to share my knowledge of the 6 steps of Matrescence. I love to help Mums find their own way through it so they can enjoy motherhood as much as I do now!

How it works
The Mama Rising book club is a weekly group chat which runs for 6 weeks. You get access to 2 rounds to ensure you get a chance to discuss each of the 6 focus chapters of the Mama Rising formula for discovering what you need to Feel Good In Motherhood.

Once you sign up you'll receive a code with which to book a free call with me so that I can get to know you and find out all about your family. You can use this to ask me any questions you'd like to before you join the group calls.
I send you the Mama Rising book by Amy Taylor-Kabbaz in a lovely welcome pack which includes a magazine, and a few other treats to support you on your exploration of how you feel about being a Mum and how best to take care of yourself so that you can be the best Mum and partner you can be.

I will begin each call by outlining the focus chapter of the Mama Rising book that we are discussing that week and will give you an opportunity to share your thoughts, reflections, perspectives. and light bulb moments you've had from reading the chapter.
It's a great way to start speaking up about and working through the tricky parts of motherhood as you feel called to. It's also a great way of making time for yourself and getting the support you need to work through what's causing you to feel overwhelmed.
Anything you share is confidential and won't be referenced or recorded for sharing elsewhere.
The calls are a great way to create connections and bonds with a group of like minded Mums and learn from each other as well as me about how you can feel more connected and bonded with yourself and your own family.
The zoom calls with take place every week and will alternate with odd week numbers being on a Wednesday evening and even weeks being on a Wednesday lunchtime.
We get started on Wednesday 22nd June 2022 at 8pm to discuss the focus chapter on Kindness. The following call will be on Strength and so on.
These dates include 12 weeks of calls to give you the best chance of being able to make a session for each of the 6 steps live. The calls are confidential so will not be recorded.

How do I justify spending time and money on myself?If you're struggling you can't afford not to. You need to take care of yourself so that you have the physical and emotional energy to take care of your family. Your family will benefit too from the clarity and improved happiness you will get from coaching.
I know I need some me time but I’m nervous of change and the chaos it may causeAs part of coaching you will work out what you and your family as a whole need and how you can implement that. It willl become clear how things work best for your whole family as well as how you can find the balance and take some time and space for you.
I’m worried it could be seen as a bit selfish to spend time and money on myselfSelf care is a priority. If we make time for ourselves to be calmer, happier and more confident others benefit as we show up as our best selves. Your happy vibe will rub off on everyone in your household.
How long is each session? Sessions are typically 60 minutes. Depending on what we are working on, sessions may last up to 90 minutes.
How frequent are sessions?I suggest weekly sessions to ensure you fully benefit from the programme but we can discuss what works best for you on a free Discovery Call. All sessions are booked a week in advance.
Do you offer online sessions?All my coaching sessions are held online. You will receive a secure link to your sessions.
What will I need for the first session? We can discuss this on a free Discovery call and once you enroll you will also receive detailed information in advance of our first session.
Do I receive any support in between the sessions?Yes you do. You can contact me via email which I access once a day. I will get back to you within 24 hours.
Can I cancel if I don't see the benefits?Although this has never happened, you can cancel by giving 7 days' notice and you will be refunded for any sessions that have not been provided.
