Hello, I'm Rebecca

I didn't find it easy being a stay at home Mum. After fertility struggles I expected life to be amazing. I was finally a Mum!

My daughter was full of fun and life but I felt so split.

Sometimes I felt really anxious that I wasn't doing a good enough job (Oh the Mum guilt!). And at other times I felt a strong pull to get back to the me I was before I became Mum.

Once I discovered Matrescence, the split I felt finally made sense. 

It's such a passion and a privilege to share my knowledge of the 6 steps and the seasons of Matrescence.


I love to help Mums find their own way through it so they can feel more at ease and enjoy motherhood more like I do now.

How it works

My Free Your Mind coaching course has 6 modules of online coaching audios, worksheets and online forms to help you find your new identity as a Mum and a whole woman. You'll be guided through what you need to think about and reflect on. And you'll be supported and encouraged to identify changes you'd like to make to your mindset, routines and habits in order for you to feel more confident in yourself and your mothering so you can enjoy it more.
Online Programme
You'll have access to 6 modules of online audios, workbooks and worksheets to work through in your own time.
One to One Coaching Calls
In addition you'll receive three one to one coaching calls with me at a time of your choice. It's recommended these are taken around module 3, 4 and module 5 of the course but it's flexible so you can choose when you feel you need it. I can be flexible with the timing of these calls as I work in school hours, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings. So you can choose a time when you can focus just on you.

Opportunity for a bonus group experience 

It's so important to find Mum friends especially those that are feeling the same way as you. It's so good to know you're not alone and have people to talk to!

So I'm looking for 4 Mums to form a group and take part in bi-weekly zoom calls to share your reflections, perspectives and light bulb moments as you progress through the course.

A huge weight is lifted when we speak up about and work through the tricky parts of motherhood. And doing so in this environment ensures you get the support you need to work through what's really causing you to feel less than good in motherhood.

This will  greatly help you in your progress throughout the online course. It's particularly good if you need help to prioritise taking this time for yourself as women tend to find it easier when they have others to encourage them.

Attendance and sharing is optional of course and know that anything you share is confidential and won't be referenced or recorded anywhere else.

You'll create great connections and bonds and will learn from each other as well as me about how you can feel more connected and bonded with yourself and your own family.

The group zoom calls will take place every other week and will take place on an evening or a lunchtime. We'll decide as a group which day and time works best.

Free Your Mind

What needs to be addressed? Module 1

It’s so important to get clarity on how you feel in Motherhood now and how you want to feel at the end of the course. It’s also key to set some goals. What do you want to achieve in life and in motherhood? 

For example: Currently I am tired and stressed out and I hate that I shout at my children. I want to be a calm, fun, happy Mum.

What's dulling your mood and your sparkle? Module 2

By checking in on your daily thoughts and emotions, and those of your inner mean mumma, we can create a more positive mindset. You’ll spend time this week identifying any worries, fears and thoughts. Some you may already be aware of at this stage and others will be uncovered from your subconscious, so will bring about insightful realisations. We’ll work on how you can choose more positive thoughts in your day to day life and the importance of practising gratitude daily too. ​

Silence your worries and anxieties - Module 3

Through reviewing this modules video and worksheets you'll spend time thinking more about your inner mean mumma and the fears, doubts and guilt and other thoughts and emotions that are holding you back from achieving what you want. It's good to have one of your one to one sessions with me during this time so we can work together to transform and reframe your thoughts.

Find your confident, sparkly self - Module 4

You’ll transform limiting beliefs to empowering beliefs. This is where you’ll most likely need to hop onto another one to one call with me. I’ll coach you on whatever you need personally. You’ll experience lightbulb, aha, moments. Inner shifts that make you feel more empowered to create an action plan of what you need to do. You’ll feel so much more confident and excited to do what you need to do to meet your goals.

Change, Accept, Adapt - Module 5

All that you’ve learnt about yourself will enable you to do the work in this module. You'll review how you've been using your time and energy to date. You'll decide what you need to accept and feel more positive about and what you need to change and adapt to get that sparkle back and keep it shining bright.

Shine Bright and Sparkle - Module 6

If you haven't already, it's time to have your third one to one call with me to see how sparkly you're feeling already and what is next on your action plan to achieve the goals you set out at the beginning of the Course
